BREWSTER — Though this home was built in 1990, it seems to spring straight from the Colonial era of the late 17th century, when Puritan colonists built wide, rectangular homes with large chimneys and exposed beams. Indeed, the façade’s clapboard siding and modest windows are reminiscent of a simpler time.
